  • Provide non-technical support serices specifically within the biomedical department, ensuring the smooth operation of hospital equipment for healthcare services.
  • Deliver technical and solution-based support to hospital end-users and administrators through work orders, onsite assitance, and training.
  • Troubleshoot and restore the functionality of medical equipment, managing service tickets in alignment with asset uptime SLA. Successfully maintained medical equipment in the hospital, achieving a KPI of 99.83% asset uptime in 2023 and 99.79% in 2024.
  • Coordinate with vendors and in-house technical staff to meet customer needs and satisfaction requirements.

Conversion Engineer, Materialise (M) Sdn. Bhd., Petaling Jaya June 2013 - April 2014
  • Use Materialise software to convert 2D medical images (Radiology/CT/MRI) into 3D bone models.
  • Perform pre-surgery planning using 3D bone models, consulting with local and international teams to achieve the best possible outcomes for final designs.
  • Design and create customized surgical guides for orthopedic surgeons, ensuring precision and effectiveness during actual surgeries.
